s/o screeching baby...terrible ones?

DD has been a real bear lately! Temper tantrums, screaming, arching back. Is this normal and if so when does it stop?!

    Happened to our sweet girl around K's age too. I think it's supposed to taper off by the time they're 24 or so...
    BFP #1: 7-26-08, natural m/c 6w4d; BFP #2: 12-6-08, natural m/c 6w5d
    BFP #3: 2-26-09; DD born 10/30/09; 7lb3oz, 20.5in!

    DS has also been very vocal lately in expressing his opinions.  :)  I'm trying to see it as a good thing, he's learning to communicate.  But yeah, it's trying!  He has very little patience; he goes from happy to totally pissed in about 10 seconds.

    I find that he gets worse if there's too much going on - TV in the background, too many toys on the floor, etc.  If DH or I go sit quietly and play with him for a bit, he chills out and is much more cooperative.

    The same issue has found it's way to our house!

    It started last week and I just assumed it was because she was teething and had a little cold... but it is getting worse and worse each day.  She threw a full on temper tantrum at Costco yesterday because she dropped her mum-mum on the floor.  

    She also has a new cry that is terrrrible!

    lol...IDK, 24 still might be an early tapering off age, my SIL is 32 and it's still going on.  :)

    DD1 started doing the same thing right before her birthday.  She's 17 months this week and it hasn't stopped ...

    In her case I don't know about "strong" as her need to be controlling of everything.  Hmm
