Reccomend your outdoor toys. We have a swing set but need more things for the kids they are outside 90% of the day and I know would enjoy more things to do. BTW this is for our backyard and is all grass.
sandbox and one of those little plastic wading pools...she doesnt actually swim in just uses it like a watertable.
I also have little tikes cottages that I got off craigslist. Lots of balls of various sizes

If I leave here tomorrow, would you still remember me. For I must be traveling on now. Because there are too many places I've got to see. -Allen Collins & Ronnie VanZant

Too overcome with jealousy to help you
but seriously, pps have listed it all. My boys love to play with water and sand so either a water table it a pool with sprayer is awesome. Our little tikes house is a popular spot (little one plays peekaboo endlessly with the windows) the older one turns it into an ice-cream shop and makes treats with sand etc to sell. We use our pretend lawm mower, grocery cart, and hippity hop ball lots too - for the very short outdoor season here in cold snowy New england.
We had so many little toy cars/trucks/motorcycles that I put them in a little tub and leave them outside. He has a little hand shovel and big tonka trucks out there too. He just plays with those all the time alone. Sending the cars down the slide, flinging them out of the swing (by pushing the swing hard). It's kinda funny to watch. Also, bubbles. We have tons of different types of bubble wands and bubble guns. We just picked up a bottle of COLORED bubbles from Target the other day. Haven't got to try them yet, but they look neat.
T-Ball set, golf set, basketball hoop, jump ropes, tether ball, rollerskates/blades, ride on cars, balls (all different sizes)... I want to play outside.
