free from Meijer. they dont have DHA so i had to buy that seperately when got pregnant

Hey, I didn't even know you could get free vitamins from Meijer. I take what the doctor prescribed--Prenexa. They don't make me sick, so it's all good.

as pp stated they are generic w/o DHA, but my OB didn't think that DHA was needed. so i went for it!

I take the Target Gummy kind. They contain DHA, but no iron.

I didn't take them. They made me gag and throw up. I took a Flinstone and Folic Acid supplement instead based on the advice from my doc.

You can get the free prenatals (generic) from Meijer with a prescription from a doctor. And the metformin I take for PCOS is also free. I think it's pretty great

I do have omega 3 fish oil pills too that I bought at the gym, but I'm not taking them right now. I will start taking them again if I ever get pregnant, in place of DHA.

I took gummy vitamins, Walgreens brand. People think they are taking pre-natal vitamins for the folic acid. However, most standard vitamins, including gummies, have more than enough folic acid for the baby's development. Pre-natal vitamins have a ton of iron which can make you constipated.
