I discovered a new pg symptom...

nose bleeds. We have had a very dry winter here so I'm sure that adds to it but I'm not sure I've ever had a nose bleed with out getting hit in the face with a basketball. Felt a littel stuffy the other night and blew my nose kind of hard and came back with a nose bleed that wouldn't stop for at least five minutes. I did a little googling and learned that with the increased blood volume among a few other things we are more prone to nose bleeds in around 8/9 weeks... go figure! :) Oh and using a saline spray has helped tons!

Anyone else having some lesser know symptons of pregnancy?
TTC #1 since Oct 09 Dx w/Anovulation

Cycle #7: 1/10/11 = Surprise BFP after 3rd failed treatment cycle!!!    2/24: m m/c @ 10w0d

4/11: Natural Cycle = BFP!!

    haha is it sad that I had to read that twice before I got it? cute bad pun... hope they clear up. I haven't had any problems since starting the saline spray and the sinus headaches have gone away too :)

    yup, except i live somewhere that is dry year round, so i dont expect it to get better anytime soon.

    Nose bleeds happen about 5 mornings a week for me! Gross. Another fun one in the morning is the tunnel vision that happens when I stand up. Fun times :)

    I had them when I was pg with DD and I got one the night before my bfp with this pregnancy which is what made me test.

    I was having the same problems in the morning but I went and bought a humidifier and now wake up with a stuffy nose. Huh?  At least it is not blood anymore.

    No real nosebleeds, but every time I blow my nose, the snot is bloody. It really freaked DH out the other day to see bloody tissues in the toilet, poor thing.

    I have the same problem.  We just bought a new cool mist dehumidifier and that seams to be helping.  If I am really stuffy I will use the Netti Pot in the evening. 

    That always helps.

    I've had this too.  Plus my nose has constantly been stuff since I got my BFP.  To the point where I sleep with my mouth open b/c I can't breathe at all through my nose :(
