I look terrible...

So the past couple of weeks, people have been asking how I have been feeling and I have been happily telling everyone that I'm feeling great! my nausea and headaches are gone! etc etc...

 Well this morning I was just about to head out the door when suddenly I felt it, that dreaded sensation of needing to throw up...Sure enough before my husband could even get me one of my Bnatal suckers or before the feeling could subside, I was rushing to the bathroom and experienced some of the worst dry heaving I had ever felt...it was "throwing up" so hard that my bottom jaw felt numb after the experience.

 Little did I know until I got to work shortly after and looked into the mirror that my top half of my face was now all covered with numerous tiny broken blood vessels..all over my eyes and cheeks! And they don't seem to be going away any time soon.

 Has anyone else experienced this?

    I have not experienced this myself, but I was just on the phone the other day with a friend that told me her sister-in-law has the same issue. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help or support, but I just wanted to let you know you're not the only one. I hope you feel better soon :-)

    When I was about 9 weeks, I was violently vomiting.  My entire face was covered in broken capillaries and I looked like a tomato! Google was the enemy and told me they were going to be there forever.  I made sure when I cleansed and moisturized my face, I massaged it in using circular motions.  It was gone in about 4-5 days.

    Sorry you're not feeling well!  Get better soon.

    Ah! I hadn't read that! For the most part they are gone, with some still speckled below my eyes. Glad to know yours disappeared fully after a while (and that I'm not the only one who has had them) but I know what I will be doing tonight ;o)

     The weird thing is that since that day, I've been feeling fine once again...this pregnancy is crazy stuff!

    yep, this is what happens to me any time i hurl. it goes away in a couple of days... i always just try using cover up. it sucks though cuz the blotchiness is around the eyes especially (for me).

    *shakes my fist at you*

    I swear this post jinxed me as I had a violent act last night and now am back to looking like a tomato.  Sad
