First day of full time new job.  Day two of about 2 hours of sleep with sick/teething four year old and 8 month old.  I'm a zombie.  Have to be in the office today at 6:30 for a Central Standard Time conference call.  DH has to suck it up and get the kids ready for their first week in full time day care.  I'm zonked and totally nervous about going back to work.  I have only worked part time since my son was born four years ago.  Think they'll mind if I crawl under my desk at noon for my usual catnap?  I'm scared...
