If you shower at night, do you put on moisturizer?  I've heard it's good to let the skin breathe and recover at night, but I'm so dry!

    Hmmm... Well I shower in the am but my skin would die if I didn't lotion afterwards. It's just way too dry. I lotion my face at night after I wash it.... I guess my skin doesn't like to breathe, it prefers to be smothered in lotion lol.

    I've never heard that you shouldn't lotion up after a shower at night.  If I didn't I would wake up flaky,itchy and bumpy.  EEk...makes me itch just thinking about it.

     

    I slather on Jergens like it's no ones business.

    I shower at night, and while I'm still in the shower and partially dried off, I slather on the lotion. My derm told me that it helps moisturize better than just lotion alone. I don't know if it really does or not, but my feet and legs are now super soft!
