Did Ari have a sensitivity to coconut milk? I bought coconut milk the other day since there was no almond milk. The last couple of days Lyla has been spitting up like crazy and I couldn't figure out what I would've eaten that had dairy/soy/egg in it. Then is just dawned on me that the only thing different in my diet was that. Is there a link with coconut milk and dairy/soy/egg??

    Ari did have an issue with it but seems to be fine now. We just added it back 2 weeks ago. It has guar gum in it, which is a legume like soy, so we thought maybe that was the issue? Coconut can be an allergen as well, but not as common. Ari can tolerate some legumes but not many.

    I would pull it to be safe & see if the spit up resolves. GL.

    Thank you!! So far the spit up is getting better, so I am definitely not drinking it anymore.

    Sounds like you got it figured out then. I'd keep an eye on guar gum in the future & see if you have another reaction. Then you'll know which ingredient it was that caused the problem.
