Repost from FB - colds ?

OK so let's talk about colds...seriously B has had a cold off and on for weeks now...and the last few mornings she's waking up with (sorry if this is TMI), dark crusted mucous on/around her nose. She doesn't make a peep all night though...I don't even know how she breathes. Do you think the dark stuff means there's an infection? How long before I take her to the Dr AGAIN? We're doing everything we can...vicks, humidifier, sterilizing things...and no fever, yet.
