Any Good Dairy Free/Allergy Blogs with Recipes out there

I'm looking for some good Dairy Free/Allergy Blogs out there with recipes.  I'm starting to get bored with our recipes and would like some more.  I love trying new recipes for dinner but we tend to have quite a few restrictions.  DH doesn't like seafood/fish of any kind.  We also were not exposed to a lot of different things as kids/adults so a lot of recipes seem weird to us or unconventional and it's hard to talk him into trying it without him getting grossed out.

For example a lot of people here seem to eat edamame, leeks, etc.  I don't even know what those are...LOL.  DH is a big meat and potato and pasta man. :)

Also it would be good to read up on what other people do for things that are going to affect our future, such as Halloween, school events where food is brought in etc .

ETA:  I am willing to try Edamame, leeks, etc.  Just never had them so it's hard to get excited about them etc.  I wasn't looking to insult anyone either.  We were both just raised on Chicken, Beef, Potato's so we are food sheltered.  LOL

Thanks for any blog suggestions or other suggestions in general as always :)

  • I have a food blog (it's really not impressive but I have a few recipes), the link is in my siggy. Google Cybele Pascal, I have her Baker's Handbook that I LOVE, and she has great recipes and tips on her site.
