I am not sure who out here knows and who doesn't know, but my DH and I have been trying for around 3 years to have a baby. We have been to an IF specialist and taken medicines to help with our Fertility without any success.
I called today to see about getting another appointment with our IF and I was told the doctor isn't available until the middle of May and I mention that I will be 37 in May so I don't know if that makes any difference and the lady on the phone didn't seem to care. I know they deal with ladies everyday with IF problems, but for some reason it really upset me more than usual. So I am going to take the May appointment and hopeful we can get something started sooner rather than later.
Sorry for rambling and probably not making any sense in this posting, but everything is driving me nuts today.
Re: I might not have a human baby, but I have feelings.
no, that sucks. They probably had some stupid temp there that had no clue what an arse she was being. Do you have other options for REs?
Seriously, don't let idiots upset you. And definitely call back again next week to get an earlier appt. I'm sorry, but May is too far away when you are ready to start treatments again now!!!
I am sorry you are going through that. Are you able to look into other options as far as RE's go? If not, I would call back and see if you can get your appointment moved up. Maybe you can get on a cancellation list or something where if someone cancels their appt, they can call you.
Sometimes people are so inconsiderate. I know that it's hard when your emotions are high, and infertility is a stressful situation. *Hugs*
