waiting to pee = pain in ute

I was holding my pee, bad I know, and when I went to the bathroom as I first started peeing my ute was hurting. Like crampy a little and I was a little more crampy after. 

Anyone else get this? I know, I just need to get off my butt and go to the bathroom!

    It happens when I'm at work.  I can't always get away from my patients to go to the bathroom.

    This happened to me a lot with DS, especially in the 3rd tri. If I waited to long it would hurt with a crampy feeling. Just make it a point to pee more often  Smile
