For you heartburn gals

There is an old wives tale (let me stress old wives tale) that says if you have a lot of heartburn your baby will have alot of hair.

I will say this one was true for me. Heartburn like crazy and DS was born with a headful of hair! But, I don't think the "tale" is true, more likely coincidence!

My kids both had a thick head of hair, but I think that had to do more with Dh's Filipino genes Stick out tongue

I have heartburn almost daily now so I've been drinking a TON of milk. Not sure about the hair thing or not. You never know!

I've heard this too...DH keeps saying if the tale is true he's even happier we're having a boy and not a hairy little girl, lol.

I was telling DH about this tale. About a week ago I had heartburn so bad that I finally broke down and took some tums. I haven't had heartburn since. I convinced DH that the Tums have caused our little man to be bald for ever. I love meing mean to him.
