Baby Food Makers: How to Transport Food

So sorry for the dumb question and if its been posted recently...

I make my LO's food. I just got to thinking... how do you bring it along if you are having a day out and/or if you are traveling overnight? Most of the items are frozen.

Do you have any tips/ideas to make this easy or any supply recommendations that you have found to love (certain cups/containers, etc.)?

I had one of those freezer cooler carriers that I used for ours.

If I knew we'd be out all day, I'd put the stuff in the fridge the night before, and I'd take it in a lunch tote with ice packs. I invested in some pyrex glassware containers just for baby food. We're still using them now to transport her finger foods and other things she's learning to eat with a spoon. I have about 8 of those.
