Thursday Shredding Check In

I thought if I posted this earlier in the day more shredders would check in.

How are all the shredders doing?  Today was day 32 for me.  I was on fire!  I think it must have been all the coffee I drank but I had a really good workout.  I am nearing the end of my shredding journey.  There are 5 moves in L3 that I am not able to complete 100% (Natalie style) so I will be sticking with it until there are only 2.  I'll probably never be able to get the v-sits and all of the sumo squats.  Those kill me.

  • I have fallen off the wagon the past few days but I am planning to do it this afternoon.  I have missed the last 3 days so I'm sure it will be a struggle to get back into it but I have seen results so I will use that as my motivation!  I'm on L2 D16 I believe.  Good luck ladies!

  • I'm new! D1 L1/2! I heard about it on here & had to check it out, I loved it today! I jog 5-6 times a week 3-5miles and am excited to do this on top of that! I have hit a plateau with the weightloss so hopefully this will help me out. Even though I run I find the squats are the hardest thing for me!
  • Day 11 L2! Wahoo new level and I love it. I started with the Biggest Loser on Wii and Bob kicked my ass per norm. Jillian of course did her part during the shred. I know it will take awhile to adjust to the new level and get up to Natalie's level but I already like doing more plank work since it seems to work my abs harder!

    Don't mind at all! I think it's a great thing to "check in", and as long as someone is doing it I'm happy! I am in Gatlinburg, TN for a mini-vacation. I brought the shred DVD with me and have high hopes to do it while here. A minor head cold is bringing me down however. Between taking care of the baby and keeping up on vacation, I may not get to it until we get home.
