Eczema?

I'm going to put a call into the dr, but what do you think?  My DD has little red patches of dry, rough, skin on the back of her legs.  There are a few isolated patches and then there are patches in her little fat folds behind her knees and on her ankles.  It seems to have gotten a little worse this week....what do you think?

    Yup, that sounds like Zachary's excema.  Have you tried using Aquaphor on her legs?  Zachary's pedi gave him a prescription for a steriod cream when it gets really bad, but the Aquaphor is usually enough to keep it under control.

    That's exactly like my DS. We use 1% Cortisone Ointment and it clears up pretty well.

    Sounds like it could be eczema.  I use Cetaphil lotion on my 2year old every morning and night for her eczema and it really helps.
