can you take antibiotics while taking IVF meds?

im sure this is a silly question but i really dont know the answer..i tried to google but didn't find anything..im gonna call my nurse in the morning, but wanted to post here to..

i think i have a BAD sinus infection and would love to get a Z pac of something to help...i start my first round of meds saturday..anyone know if this will be ok? or if it will interfere somehow?

    My doc said anything in the penicillin family was ok b/c I had the same situation, but I would consult with your own doc to be safe.

    I think it is ok b/c I have to take an antibiotic for a fer days before my retrieval.

    thanks girls...amanda i have to take that one too..i think its different though..i talked to my nurse this morning and she i am to be treated as if im pregnant...and to tell my doctor that...that way they will prescribe the "safest" one...

    i am allergic to penicillin, so there goes that idea :(
