For your IVF/FET cycle(s), what are/were your dosages of Gonal-F/Follistim throughout the cycle, if you remember? 

How many eggs were retrieved?

Mature?

Fertilized? 

Did you have any frosties?

TTC #1 Since 11/08 - Dx: MFI & PCOS
7 IUIs = All BFNs
2011: March IVF #1.2 = e/p @ 6w: May IVF #2 = BFN: July sFET #1 = BFN

2012: Jan We're Certified FC/A Parents
May IVF #3 = c/p
June-Nov Foster Mommy to M (Toddler)
July FET #2 = BFN
Aug FET #3 = BFN
Sept-Nov Foster Mommy to Baby Bella (Newborn)
Nov HSG/Sono = Clear!
Dec FET #4 = BFN

2013: Feb FET #5 = m/c @ 6.5w
May-July Foster Mom to H (8 yr old girl)
June/July/Aug IVF #4 = Freeze All
July = Unofficially Adopting T (10 yr old boy)
Sept FET #6 = TBD

    Mature?  9

    Fertilized?  9

    Did you have any frosties?  1 (we transferred 2 and still had that 1 left)

    About to give ya lots of data!

    IVF 1- 225 Bravelle/75 menupur to start.  Bumped up to 375 Bravelle/75 Menupur, 4 retreived, 2 fert, 2dt, BFN

    IVF2 - 375 Bravelle/75 menupur.  7 Retrieved, 7 Fert, 3dt of 2 embies, 2 frozen.  BFN

    FET - Embies didn't survive the thaw

    Switched clinics

    IVF3 - 225 Follistim, coast down to 150 follistim.  23 retreived, 17 fert, 5dt of 2 blasts, no frozens.  c/p

    IVF 4 - 225 follistim, coast down to 150 (but very very late), 4 retreived, 4 fert, 3dt of 3 embies, one frozen.  TWINS!

    4 Fresh IVF cycles + 1 FET where embies didn't survive the thaw = 2 perfect little men!

    It was pretty much 150 twice a day. At the end they put it down to 75, but that was just the last 2 days. I can't remember how long I stimmed.

    10 eggs

    9 mature

    6 fertilized

    only two made it to day 3. a 6 cell and a 8 cell.

    I was on 375iu Gonal-F for 10 nights.

    4 eggs at ER 

    3 fertilized 

    1 blast to transfer, 1 almost blast 

    no frosties 

     

    TTC #1 since June 2008 *SAIFW*

    TI, IUIs, IVF = c/ps and BFNs

    i am currently awaiting fert report

    I had 75 follistim and 75 menopur

    had 50 follicles, 14 eggs, 13 mature

    waiting to hear how the embies are doing

    TTC since 6/09 with PCOS No response to femara 4 cycles of injectibles+IUI=BFN IVF#1= started stims on 2/4 Likely ER on 2/16 and hopefully 5dt

    2 transferred (1 baby)

This cycle I was on 225iui for the first 3 now down to 187.5 until I go for u/s on Sunday (gonal-f)

    How many eggs were retrieved? 8

    Mature? 5

    Fertilized?  4

    Did you have any frosties?  no

    1st cycle - 200 of follistim for 10 days.  16 eggs retrieved, 13 fertilized.  None to freeze. BFN

    2nd cycle- alternating 200 and 150 of follistim for 8 days.  Also took lupron for 3 weeks. Just had monitoring appt today - 14 mature follicles.  ER on 2/21. 

    Married - 8/2009 Diagnosed right away as sub-fertile. PCOS for me and low motility, morphology for DH. On treatment of glucophage and supplements for PCOS. Completely OOP. 4 IUI's - clomid- all BFN's IVF #1- 13 fertilized, no frozens- BFN IVF #2- ER 2/21, 18 retrieved, 12 fertilized. ET 2/24 - 2 beauties. No frozens. BFN. IUI #5 using leftover meds- BFN Trying new meds for PCOS. SAIF & PAIF and prayers welcome! Entering the world of adoption. Choosing happiness and love and focusing on the blessings we do have instead of the things that we don't.
