If you're a breastfeeder and you leak while nursing

than this is the greatest breastfeeding acceessory you'll ever buy.

it catches the milk you leak out of one breast while you're nursing your baby on the other. i only leak out one side oddly, but i always catch 1.5-2.5 oz every time- which when you add up all the nursings into one breast milk freezer bag, you can get a pretty good bag at the end of the day to freeze away! it's excellent. i love it, and wish this had been out with my other two.

  • Fabulous! I leak like crazy while feeding DD.

  • That is interesting, haha! I have never even heard of such a thing. I have those vented cup/shield things that are supposed to enable healing. (Used them with my first for terrible raw nips.) They would collect milk inside but spill all over the place! But anyway, thanks for posting!
  • Interesting...  I leak like CRAZY all the freaking time

  • How would this feel if i slept with it in my bra? I leak a ton overnight, I also leak a lot in the shower, but clearly that wouldn't work out

  • I love this!  I didn't leak so much with DD but this time I can literally shoot milk across the room if I am not covered.

The other day when I had a let down at Target I leaked through my tank, t-shirt and huge sweatshirt.  I was SO embarrassed...I am going ot have to invest in this...do you really get 1.5-2 oz?!?

Amelia, yes- I always catch 1.5-2.5 oz every time I use this. If I save the milk from 2 feedings, I have enough for a 3 oz bottle for her and no pumping necessary.

Randa, you couldn't sleep with this on. It's meant for when you're sitting up nursing your LO. It can hold up to 3oz of milk, unless you turn it upside down. There's a part inside that you can rubber band a milk bag onto and then you turn it upside down, and it'll collect more than 3 oz (if you leak more than that). It's ingenious.

Between all the milk I catch with this thing and the milk I pump at night, I can save up to 12oz a day. That's a lot for my freezer. It's no wonder I have such a huge milk collection in my freezer! This thing costs a little bit, but when I say it's AWESOME I mean it. Is. Awesome.
