Cincinnati Babies

I have (NBR) confession, too.

I bought Peeps last night.  Yes, in February.  2 days after Valentine's Day.  I went to Meijer to pick up a couple of things, and there they were right in the middle of the aisle.  I had some last night and they were mighty tasty.

  • Peeps are delicious and a lot of fun to blow up in the microwave :)

  • I had a Cadbury Egg more than a week ago.  I couldn't resist.Embarrassed
  • I think I might be the only person that doesn't like Peeps. Mostly because they kind of creep me out. Can we still be friends though? Big Smile

  • I hate Peeps with every fiber of my being; however, I did eat three pieces of [cold] Uno's pizza and a brownie for breakfast. When I get home, I'll probably eat a piece of DH's birthday ice cream cake and maybe even a leftover cake ball. Okay, who am I kidding...probably even another brownie, as well. Damn SIL for sending that box of gourmet brownies!
  • Not a fan of peeps. Yuck! But I love me some Reeses Eggs...Mmmm....
  • I saw Valentines Peeps at Walgreens the other day.

Girl, that is just a normal day in the life of a breastfeeding mom.  I ate and ate and ate when I was nursing L and dropped weight like mad.  I should look into quitting my job and becoming a wet nurse. Heck, I could probably do that AND still do ultrasounds.  Just in time for swimsuit season!

  • I have never ever been a fan of Peeps, but my husband is for sure.  It's our uniqueness that makes the world go round   :)

But the Hershey's eggs with the hard shell?  I lived on those last spring.  Must resist this year.

mmmm....me too. Funny thing is I would totally pass on a regular Reece's cup. It's something about those eggs...

Well I would never pass on a Reece of any kind...but I think its all the extra peanut butter goodness. Yummo!

  • Reese eggs are the perfect combination and ratio of chocolate to peanut butter. They are heaven.

confession: I have eaten so many Reese eggs at once that I felt sick.

  • I'm not a fan of Peeps at all.  We prefer the Reece's Hearts/Eggs around this house too.  My confession: I bought DH two 6-packs of Reece's Hearts as his Valentine's gift.  I said one was from Allie and one was from Cletus the Fetus.  Secretly, I bought the second pack so that it wouldn't be as obvious when I stole one or two from his stash.

This is great reasoning, Megan!!!  I love me some Reese eggs/hearts/trees whatever.  Much better than Reese cups, totally agree!

  • Ew peeps! DH loves them and his favorite way to eat them is stale. Seriously, he lets them sit out until the outside is hard and the inside is still a little soft.
