Do you do each level until you feel ready to go to the next, or do you do each level for 10 days so you do all of them for an equal amount of time and get them all 'done' in 30 days? Am I making sense?

Do Level I as long as it takes you to feel ready to move on. I haven't done it in a long time but IIRC, either Level 2 or Level 3 was easier for me for some reason.
Yeah, it's Jillian from the biggest loser. I bought the DVD at walmart for $10.
I moved on to level 2 once I felt I nearly mastered level 1. Of course, I've been bad about doing it since then (have been able to sneak to the gym while DH watches LO instead). If you don't know if you're ready, pop in level 2 and try it.
Also, I've noticed there are lots of shredders on the Health & Exercise message board. They may be able to answer questions.

Lindsey Brin also has some awesome DVD workouts that are designed for women who have had babies!! I have her Postnatal Boot Camp 2 and love it. They are 10 minute workouts and you can combine different ones to make varying workouts.
