Zack arrived! (pip and story)

Well they decided to go ahead and induce me on Feb 9th. so we w net in at 6 30 am. after getting all settled and paper work finished the started my pitocin at 7 30.

The Doc came in at 8 30 and broke my water at 3cm. 2 hours later at 10 30 they checked me and I was at 5 cm. So the next hour went by and the contractions were getting really strong (I was hoping it was making some progress)... and they rechecked me at 11 45 a.m. and the nurse said I was 6 1/2 cm, maybe 7.

Soooo I was going to give in and I asked for the epidural.... bc I didnt think I could take a couple more hours of the pain. But the nurse came back and said the anesthesiologist was in someone elses room and it would be atleast 20 min b4 they got to me.

So the contractions got CRAZY strong, so the nurse rechecked me at 12, but said I was still a 7.... then Zackery's heart rate dropped!!!! they gave me oxygen and rolled me to my side, and then it hit me.... I HAD to PUSH! she threw my leg up in the air checked me AGAIN, and I was at 9! she called the Doc in and when she came in, was like Oh this baby is coming!!! so they called and got all the nurses in, and they are yelling at me to Breathe and NOT to push!!!

They flipped the bed out, and got all the help in the room, told me to push.... and 2 pushes later...

Zackery Scott was born at 12:22pm, weighing 7 lbs 7 oz and 20.5 in long!

It was CRAZY INTENSE, and it hurt like hell but I am so glad I did it with out any pain meds! It was AMAZING!
