Wednesday Shredding Check In

(Again, hoping to not step on toes)

BostonBermuda-I hope everything is ok, as you have not been frequenting the boards lately. I would like to hear how Shred it with Weights is going for you.

 D10-L1, and for the first time I feel like I've mastered L1. I'm going to move on to L2 tomorrow and keep in mind that I will progress, just as I did when I started L1. Good luck to everyone and happy hump day.

    I was wondering about her too.  She was always on.

     Good luck with level 2 tomorrow.  I'm still trucking along with level 3.  I ordered 2 new dvds today. I already have the 6 week 6 pack but today got Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones.  I was going to do the 6 pack next but the reviews say its her hardest video.  Ahh!!  I'm not sure if I'm ready for that.

    I've watched Banish Fat and it looks like a great workout. I also have no more trouble zones, but have yet to open it. Let me know if you try any of the 3 and what you think. Good luck to you, and hooray for sticking with the Shred for so long! You encourage me to finish.

    D10 L1 and I'm ready for level 2! I usually try to do two workouts a night one being the 30 Day Shred the other being something else. Well tonight was swim lessons with my daughter! I had fun even though I thought my dh was going to go. Tomorrow will be back to Biggest Loser on Wii and Shred. I would love to hear how the other movies are since I'm thinking ahead to what I'm going to do after the Shred.
