No, we use a service. We have had a few different crews and some have been better than others. Since I don't know how the job was until I get home, I am glad we didn't tip.
I had one lady while I was pregnant and I always gave her something extra because she did a lot more than what she was hired to do. But the one I had a little while ago she barely did what she was supposed to do

Does this person come weekly/ monthly or is this just a one time deal?
Does this person do above and beyond what they are hired to do?
If this person was hired by me, came on a regular basis and did what they were supposed to do, then no I wouldn't tip, I would just pay them. However if they went above and beyond, or were hired by a service and didn't come on a regular basis...I would probably tip.
I don't tip....I do have bottles of water and granola bars out on the kitchen counter if they want it (but they never take it). We use a service that always sends different people.
Maybe if we used a single person who we really got to know well, I'd tip at the holidays maybe. I don't think it's necessary though.

Nope, we don't unless it's the holidays.

I give her a full days pay at Christmas in a card. Otherwise, no. I pay her top dollar otherwise.
