Thinnest Inserts for Pockets?

Im using OS pockets for my 8lb DS but when I snap them on the smallest setting the front becomes WAY too bulky and makes a gap between his belly and the diaper. Also I know you ladies use regular clothing in the right size but there is no way his clothes will fit over this diaper, I feel like I am doing something wrong... Are there thinner inserts than the microfiber that came with them?  (I have BG3.0, BG4.0, BumJoy, Rumparoos and fuzzybuns)

    With my BG 4.0 and RaR, I used Artsy Fartsy Foo Foo hemp inserts because I found the "snap down" inserts were just WAY too bulky. But there is always a gap with her anyway, even now she's 14 lbs. Even in disposables, I get that gap. It's just her body shape.

    Thanks. I checked out cottonbabies but they were out of XS!! Dang clearance!
