Is when they attach a levy to his bank account! I just checked my bank statement and saw a $255.36 deposit from DCSS. I called my caseworker and he informed me that he had found a secret bank account that SD had been hiding. So he'd ordered the attachment, they took what was in there, and deposited it to my account.
A VERY pleasant surprise! And it's even better than SD paying. Seriously. Because he's going to go to get that money out to go buy drugs (or whatever he might possibly use it for) out and find it gone. Even though he owes me the money, he didn't willingingly hand it over (which makes it even better). It's a very good feeling indeed!
Re: The only thing better than SD PAYING child support...
That's pretty much word of rword I think the IRS uses too.
Also it feels good when the inheritance money he "recieved" from when his grandmother passed never went to him but instead directly went to pay CS arrears. 10k was nice as a lump sum.
For the record I'm sorry his grandmother passed she was really very nice. I'm also sorry he didn't tell us about it b/c the children would have liked to mourn her too.
How the heck did he find this secret bank account?
P.S. I miss you! life has been so freaking crazy lately! I have barely had time to sit down to check my email. I will be here for the next 50 minutes!
I would LOVE to get a letter like that. Alas, SD probably will never file a tax return because his money is under the table. However, $10K as a lump sum. That would've felt very, very nice. Much nicer than $255 but I'm NOT complaining.
@r9-I wondered where you have been, you slore, you.
I'm not even sure if he was intentionally hiding it....just an account that they didn't know existed until recently. It sounded more scandalous to say "secret" account. What would be really nice is if he had a super secret offshore account that they discovered that had millions in it. Alas, he is not that sophisticated of a criminal and any extra money likely goes up his arm.
I was thinking the same thing!

Awesome is exactly what I thought too.
I would like to see the video from the bank when he goes to get the money and it isn't there.
"There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. So love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living."
Wouldn't that be the BEST??? I would hate to be that ATM. It's going to get the brunt of his anger. He always had a way of taking things out on inaminate objects.
