  Hopefully me, in 60 days, haha. We just offered on a house in Centerville. Honestly, though, we live nearby and spend a good amount of our time in Centerville and Washington Township, so I could answer questions about places, houses, or, to an extent, schools. Amber (andailey) teaches in Centerville schools so you could FBM her, too, as she knows a ton about the area and is planning to move there once her house sells, I believe. You can FBM me if you'd like. I'll be around tonight.

  I'm so excited for you!  It's so nerve-wracking, but it all works out in the end!  I'm really glad we didn't end up getting the house we first offered on, even though I've been very annoyed with our current home at times too!    You'll have to fill me in on the neighborhood when we GTG!
