tonight i am making a "mexperiment" and am really excited! i made a taco filling with TVP, taco seasoning, black beans, corn, fresh cilantro, garlic, lime, salsa and onion. it smells fabulous! i also made some guacamole and spanish rice to go with it. yummy!

Rosemary dijon pork chops with wild rice and green beans...mmmmmm...... And a big fat slice of Opera Cream cake from BonBonerie! DH knows how to treat a girl right on her birthday!
