  • I'm 5'1. My favorite work pants are these from motherhood. They have xspetite, and they fit perfectly. I also have, and like these .

Shirts, I just get my regular size from Old Navy and Gap. Most of my tops come from one of those two places, but I have found that Old Navy is somewhat inconsistent in sizing (some tops are too small, some too big, even though I always get XS). Pants at Old Navy and Gap are still too long for me, even in petite/ankle/short.

  • I'm 5'2" but I have been wearing regular maternity pants that I hemmed up. I have a few nice (non work uniform) shirts that I use for nice outings but mostly bum around in DH's shirts and sweats. I'm going to make a few maternity friendly dresses for the warmer months.

  • I am 4'11" too and I have a hard time finding jeans and work pants to fit properly normally, but Motherhood maternity Petite have been amazing! They fit length wise very well!!! I wish they would make regular pants with this inseam! I bought 4 pair of these on ebay... for around $15-18 used.

ditto! i did not have to hem them at all, so great! i am gaining in my legs so my pants w/o stretch are getting to tight. boooo! tops i am still good in the smalls, but ordered med from ON for the summer since I am due at the end of June. (i have not gotten these yet but I have never had any problems with ON sizes in the past reg or mat.

(btw for reg pants dockers petite pants don't need to be hemmed either. got them at kholes)

  • I'm 4'10.5'' and have given up on finding pants that fit.  "Petite" length is laughable.  I've given up though.  I am that sloppy short girl walking on my pants (well, not at work).  I just don't care.  And since they're maternity pants, I don't care if they get ruined either, since I am never doing this again.  I can't wait for spring when I can get some "knee length" dresses that will hit at my ankles.  :)

For tops I just wear old navy maternity.  They do all fit in their own way, but, eh, just 4 months to go...

  • I'm 5'2'' and ditto the other mamas having success at motherhood - particularly I have a couple pairs of their petite full panel jeans. I also have a pair of black pants from Kohls that are petite and were also inexpensive. My torso is a bit longer so I don't have any problem with most normal maternity tops, its just the pants that require looking for petites. good luck!
  • Getting pants has always been a chore for me. I'm 5'2" so if I get petite pants after I wash them they are always too short, but if I get regular length pants - they are always too long even after washing them. I've had the best luck with maternity pants from Kohls. As far as shirts... Maternity shirts are still too long on me, so I feel like I'm wearing a dress. I usually buy a size small or medium for shirt sizing, but now have gotten some large shirts - these seem to be working the best at this point.
