Handsfree bra for pumping

I haven't started pumping yet (except for a couple times when I was engorged) but I will be doing lots of it when I return to work. Can someone tell me about handsfree bras? Any brand that is good? Do they actually work?

Third recommendation for the Simple Wishes. Bought mine on Amazon.com for 28 with free shipping.

I did try to make my own handsfree one with a sports bra before I ordered that one. My girls are simply too large and heavy and needed the extra support the Simple Wishes bra gives. If you are on the smaller side, you might be able to get away with making one with a sports bra.
