Ok, I think it's time for a random bumpie poll, especially since it seems the board has been changing a lot and very quickly lately.  Perhaps you all will make me hungry enough, too, that I feel motivated to get up and make dinner...

So, what's your favorite sandwich??
There is a local bagel place that I love--I like to order an everything bagel with ham and herb cream cheese on it. Yummy!
I also really appreciate a good steak sandwich or a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich

Eating wheat free means I never get to try fun sandwhiches I see restaurants serving, and I'm too much of a lazy bum to do it at home.
But I do love a tuna fish sandwhich on tapioca rice bread! Mmm, it's good toasted and with a tiny bit of cheese sometimes.
Edit: I want to add, if it wasn't for the dangers of mercury levels in tuna fish (I eat the chunk light) I would have tuna sandwhiches EVERY day. Sometimes I just eat it with cucumber as a 'cracker'
I had no idea until I just googled it. St. Louis is a cool city...DH and I drove through it once one the way back to Virginia from Kansas City. We didn't get to stay long, as in we were only there for half a day, but we did have a whirlwind of fun. While we were there, though, we had an interesting experience in a White Castle that seemed to perhaps have a history of being robbed...
My Mom's fried egg sandwich!!!!!! Mmmmmm. So simple, yet so good
Close runner up - a good Philly Cheesesteak. ::licks lips::

Parma prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, basil and peppers on an Italian roll. Food of the gods.
Or grilled chicken, avocado, pepper bacon, salsa and pepperjack. Food of the quasi-mexican food gods.
Now I want a sandwich.
Much love to all of my magical ladies.

I love me a good italian BMT or spicy italian from Subway, on 9 grain bread, with provolone, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, spinach, and Kraft olive oil mayo.
Ahh now I want Subway!!
Just in case anyone was wondering (although I'm sure you have better things to do--haha), I did find enough motivation from this post to make dinner. As a bonus, I have some ideas for next week's dinner menu
