swing just died!! replacement suggestions.....

we have the Graco sweetpeace.  our LO is 2.5 weeks old and loves the thing...it's the one place we know she'll nap/sleep well.  So last night, it decides to stop swinging...motor is dying.  i saw this in some reviews and was hoping it was not going to happen.  most say graco will send a new motor.  but our question is what to do in the meantime.    we are contemplating going to get the fisher price snugabunny today.  or possibly a rock n play.  any thoughts or other suggestions?

    Buy the same one and return it once you get the replacement lol

    I have the Little Lam (battery operated version of the bunny) and I love it. Just so you know, the rock n play is totally manual. That means you have to make it rock by hand, or by the baby's kicks, so it doesn't really replace a swing. I would not get the same type you had, bc who is to say the replacement's motor won't die as well. YKWIM?

    We replaced our swing motor just a couple months ago. I would replace it, but that is just me.

    I would just look for something inexpensive on craigslist until you get the replacement. Ours took less than a week to get here.

    Love the Snugabunny- DD is contently sleeping in it as I type.  I found the best price for it on Amazon.com  FYI it is a very large swing but absolutely adorable and so comfy for baby.

    This. The swing didn't stop working but the music stopped, I called Graco and they sent me a new one.
