How much do you pay?

I pay around $160 for a cut and colour. I love my girl and I love what she does. But man...I wish it was cheaper. I had a hairdresser for years that I paid about $90. But now that I've found Darcie, I just can't go back to anyone else.

BTW- DH pays $20. grrr.

I usually pay about $10 for a cut and color. My best friend does it all. She is a hair dresser but since she has been cutting and coloring my hair since before she got her license she doesn't charge me but I give her some money anyways.

I think mine is about $30 for a just a haircut so probably $36-37 out the door.

I didn't respond in the other post, but I only get about two a year

I go to the same place, but not always the same person. For just a cut/blowdry it's about $60. I've gotten color there before, but I didn't get a cut at the same time. I think it was around $100.

I pay about 160 as well it includes the tip though, I get mine done like that two- three times a year if that. Other times I go to a spanish salon for a wash and set.

I have a girlfriend who normally cuts my hair at her house, or at my house. She will charge between $0 and $60. It really just depends. I would have a hard time paying more than $100 for cut and color, mostly cause I'm cheap!

My friend just opened her own place and I paid 110 for cut color highlights and deep condition. I used to pay 75 for a cut because my hair was "too think" and took too long to dry and style after. they charged me per hour...

I pay $50 + tip for a haircut, I do my own color typically. If I have her do cut + color and highlights it's about $200.

around 50, tip included. But thats just a cut. I dye at home when I start to notice the greys (I need to right now but I'm lazy)

I pay 40$ for a cut and 80$ for a cut and colour. I've been with my girl for almost 8 years so even though her salon has completely gone from the little, unknown place I used to know to this amazing salon, I get charged the same. I love her and I will never, ever change from her. When I was on BR with the twins, she came to my house and cut my hair. She knows me so well that it's easy to go there and let her do what she wants. The only downside is the salon is in the town where I grew up and I now live in the city. It's a long drive but worth it.

I pay $75 just for a cut. It's metro-NY, so that's about mid-range pricing.

I paid $50 when we lived in NC.

That doesn't include the 20% tip I leave.

Depends - I do not color my hair, which keeps the price way down. I can spend anywhere from $15 - $45 depending on who I go see. I don't have a "hairdresser" that I see everytime I get my haircut.

I cannot believe how much some of you people pay for someone to cut your hair!!! My girl charges $15. I give her $20. Don't tell her, but I would give her $50 just to keep managing these curls! It takes a lot to find a stylist who knows curls really well.

ETA: She charged me $5 for DS and DH pays $16 including the tip where he goes.

I pay $22 -ish for a cut--I known with tip, I pay $30 total. I haven't had pro color since I lived in Michigan. There, I paid $80 for cut and color but the stylist was my best friend's sister and I know she gave me a good deal (mostly because I let her do whatever she wanted on many occasions). When I lived in the Chicago burbs, I paid around $55 for a cut.
