Hi Ladies!
Today I am back on my game and back to my WW diet! I am happy to say that I have kept 10lbs off so far (although I don't feel like it) and now I am ready to lose again!
The holiday has kicked my bootie! I am also going to start adding in time to walk now that is is nice outside! I am hoping that I can drop another 3 - 4 lbs this week! My goal is still around 64lbs to lose. That means now I have 54lbs to lose! I know I can do it!
How are you all doing??? Any good and healthy recipes to share?

I just started back up on the weight loss 2 weeks ago. In my 1st 2 weeks back I lost 8 lbs and 4 inches!! So im a bit over 150 and going for 20 more lbs to drop. I gained over 50!!
We did low cards for the start and now we added back healthy carbs. So its just lean meat, greek yogurt,eggs, veggies/fruits, WHOLE WHEAT only and lots of fluids(sugar free on all) plus healthy snacks. Now I just need to get to working out! Good luck.
Can I play too??? I started two weeks ago, lost 7 lbs so far. I weighed in at 165! blech...and I am down to 158.0 (got a digital scale now). I weigh myself Monday mornings.
I just make lots of chicken fish and substitue ground turkey for recipes that call for ground beer. Fill my fridge with fruit and veggies. I did good excercising but last week a cold went through my house so we were out of commission.
Going snowboarding tonight so that will be a bit of excercise...hoping to jump on the treadmill Thursday and Friday and Saturday.
This is also what I think the best key for me is......if thats all I have in my house thats all I can eat and SO is dieting with me (so he can loose like 2 lbs lol). Oh and I didnt ask to join.......just thought it was open. Hey the more the better esp with weight loss help right? U guys mind one more?

I lost 3.6 lbs last week at WW... but since then I feel like I've been eating like ***...
I weighed in Thursday night and then stopped at MCDONALDS on my way home.
I've had risotto twice, I had brownie pudding, I went out to eat to the 99 this week, I had a whoopie pie from the grocery store, I've had 2 chocolate shakes, I had subway yesterday, I just am feeling very down about my choices and for some reason have had a sweet tooth, which I normally don't have.
I'm in a funk today
I've lost 22 pounds since January 3rd. Sticking to low carb gets easier as I get further from the memory of what they tasted like. I'm getting sick of chicken and salads though.
I have a blocked gland in my neck that may require surgery to remove (I got an infection while pregnant and it just won't go away and it's getting more painful) so I have to lose weight - it would make the surgery a lot easier if my weight was back in normal range. I have until March 12th so I'm trying to kick myself in gear to lose more baby weight. Talk about an incentive!
I have a lot to lose though. I put on 70 lbs with ds, lost a little of it and then put on 20 with dd. I probably have another 50 pounds to lose. I know that isn't happening in a month, but the more I can take off by then, the better.
IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again
