XP: Induction tomorrow

Due to rising high blood pressure, severe headaches, and swelling my Dr. decided we can no longer wait and we have to start the induction process tomorrow night with Cervidil and start pitocin early Wednesday morning.

I'm 2cm, 50% effaced, baby's at -2 station, lost my MP and will be 38w4d when we start the pitocin. I know this isn't the most favorable for a successful induction, but I'd love to hear some stories about inductions with Cervidil and Pitocin (good or bad) to get an idea of possibilities to anticipate.
