Recipes that are good to freeze?

Hey ladies! I'm looking for yummy dishes that freeze well. DH and I pretty much fend for ourselves at dinnertime and I've always found that's it's easier if I freeze a bunch of stuff (casseroles, lasagna, etc) so I can just take it out and heat it up. Anyone have recipe recommendations? I'd love to hear of some.

Thanks!

  • Bolognese sauce: 1 pound of your choice of ground meat, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic and can of crushed tomatoes simmered until it's your desired consistency. Just boil up some pasta while it defrosts in the microwave.

Chicken breasts: crush a bunch of garlic and throw in a freezer proof bag with some olive oil, salt and pepper and chicken. Stick in the fridge the night before you plan to cook it the bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

That's all I got. Our freezer is too small to stock up on too much.
