Last week at my 38 week appointment we discovered my little man is breech.

Tomorrow morning I return for an ultrasound and we'll make a plan.  If he's still breech we will schedule an external aversion for this week, hope he flips and then induce, or if he doesn't go for a c-section.  Both options make me nervous and at first I was so sad this birth isn't going to happen as I had envisioned.  Right now I'm just praying for a healthy delivery no matter how he comes.  T&Ps appreciated!

    Good luck!  My LO is breech as well, our c/s is scheduled for Monday.  I'm stilll a little nervous about the c/s but if thats the healthiest way, then I'm ok with it.  I think I'm more scared about the recovery than the actual procedure!

    Good luck with the inversion!  I hope it works out and if not, at least you know you did everything you could to have the birth you envisioned, but that it was outside of your control.

    Our LO is still breeched also. Had our 38 wk check up today and scheduled a c-section for next tuesday. Took me a while to come to terms with not having a reg labor/birth, but it seems to be the best option for both baby and me. Good luck to you and baby!
