I need some positivity right now. DH and I have been TTC since July 2009 (charting since Dec. 2009). I had pre-cancer cells (level 3C) in June/July 2010; so, we had to stop TTC so I could have surgery and get healthy.
January 2011 we discover I have PCOS, and we're on our first round of Clomid (supplemented with Estradiol) then three FSH shots, and one Ovidrel trigger shot (followed by Prometrium for the 2ww). My 7DPO progesterone level was 14 (not quite good enough, right?).
Anyway, I just thought I'd pop over here and hear some (hopefully) success stories from those who used Clomid, etc. to conceive? Thanks in advance for sharing; and HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, ladies!!!

Re: Success Stories, on Clomid, etc.?
After being off bc for a year, we realized I was only O'ing every 4 months on my own, so I went on Clomid the end of January. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I got a +hpt yesterday! It's still very early, so we're cautious about getting too excited, but Clomid definitely worked in getting me to O. I really hope that this cycle on Clomid brings you a success story as well. Good luck!!
I have PCOS. It took us 1 year after I was dx w/PCOS (took 1 year to find out about the PCOS) to get pg. DS was concieved on a Femara + Trigger + TI cycle. We just went through treatments again to concieve #2 who was conceived on a Femara + Bravelle + Trigger + TI cycle (this one took 3 cycles--one of those was a bust 60 day cycle and we moved on to Femara + injectables combo cycle).
Good luck!

Thanks ladies! Such great news for all of you (even if it took a while, hey, it worked eventually, right?!)! It gives me a lot of hope; so, thanks for sharing!
Happy Valentines Day!!!!
Hey there! Best of Luck!! Sounds like they're being aggressive so definitely positive thoughts sent your way here!! I have PCOS - went through two rounds of Clomid with an Ovidrel shot each time - success on second round.
Although, we're having some struggles now at 14 weeks - hopefully the LO will hang in there!
Funny, my mom asked the doctor today if we're considered a high risk pregnancy because of our troubles. The Dr. said that any pregnancy where an reproductive endocrinologist is involved is considered high risk. I never realized that.
