I guess there is never a good time to start dieting but it seems around Valentine's Day is really hard.
Last week I starved myself so I could eat dinner out on Saturday (well drink mainly but there was eating involved) and it was 100 point for ONE meal!! That has to be a record. The four drinks, cornbread, and brownie sundae really contributed to this massive point explosion.
However, today DH wants to go out for VDay and so I am trying to save up points again. Luckily we are just going out for a hour so the damage to my points (and waistline) should be smaller.
Just how many raw carrots can one person eat???

Eat some fruit...my go to snack is a banana with 1 tsp of peanut butter - its ONE point! And that way you won't STARVING at dinner and order everything off the menu. The points values for wine SUCK big time. 4 oz of wine = 4 points?! Who drinks 4 oz of wine!? I drink beer if I'm going to have to more than one glass of wine. Have a great dinner and enjoy it!
Hey, do you have the recipe for two point brownies? It makes up for having to be a rabbit!
But you'll think it's all worth it when you're enjoying a glass of wine and a chocolate mousse with your DH. Mmm... I'm jealous!
