I am thinking about getting one.. Here are my questions:
What is your overall opinion?
Have you used it for two children (as I plan to have another and this will eliminate the need for buying another stroller)
Do you feel it is safe with two seats?
Negatives?
How much did you pay for it? Where is the best deal?
Thanks in advance!

Same here. We got ours before they went on sale (it was the 2010 models on sale because they now have the 2011) so it was $500, which I think is standard (we got ours from a local bike shop). DH played with everything on this stroller to check out the quality since we need it last through more kids. He was actually impressed and this is a guy who buys a waterproof watch and puts it into the sink to test it. We did get to play with two seats in the store and it seemed pretty sturdy. I'd recommend checking it out in person if you haven't already done so.

I was seriously considering this stroller until I really played with it. I went to Buy Buy baby and pushed it around the store with my kids in it. DD #1 was in the seat and DD #2 was in her car seat with the adaptor. I didn't like how I couldn't even see DD #1 when I had DD# 2 in the infant seat closest to me.
I liked how it was easy to add/remove the seats and such. I didn't like how heavy it was! The thing is a PITA to turn with two kiddos and my oldest is around 25 lbs.
The fold was difficult and it was soo heavy I could barely lift the dang thing.
Overall, I was not impressed for the price. I am sticking with the Baby Jogger City Mini.

I bought one from Pish Posh Baby (see my posts as to how I feel about this company) for under $500 total (second seat and carseat adapter included).
I haven't used mine yet, since LO isn't here, but I have used a friend's many times and LOVE it.

We have a maxi cosi foray right now, so it folds the same (remove seat(s), collapse frame) and although the frame is a bit heavier than the foray frame, it's still WAY lighter than other double strollers out there that accomodate a carseat and have the "all terrain" tires. (The frame is something like 27 pounds, compared to 40 pounds for the city elite stroller). Weight was actually a huge factor for me in buying this stroller.
I also think it pushes really well for a tande m stroller....other tandems were REALLY hard to turn or felt bus-like, and side by sides were really wide and awkward to manuever.
It's not a "perfect" stroller (is there such a thing?) but it met all my criteria.
