What was your reading when your doctor decided to induce?
I had pre-e with my son, but I cannot remember what my numbers where when they decided it was time to take him out. Mine just keeps climbing everyday now.

At my 40 week 3 day appt my bp was 190/110 but I was already contracting and close to 5 cm. I stalled a few hours later at the hospital and was given pit to move things along. My blood pressure stayed high thru the delivery and a few days after. Before that appt my bp had been slowly rising but was on the high end of normal.
My BP went from 90/60 my entire pregnancy, to160/95. My dr decided to induce me after my 24 hour urine catch since the protein levels were high. The induction and labor process itself took 3 entire days!!

My typical blood pressure was in the 110/70's. I was in the 140/90's and consitantly had protein in my urine. My doctor monitored me every other day until I got to 39 weeks gestation. At 39 weeks, I was in the hospital getting induced.

I was induced at 38 weeks 1 day for pre e. They had been monitoring me very closely for it since 22 weeks since that is when my bp went up to be consistently 135/85 or higher at the drs office every visit, but it was under that at home so I was able to make it to term. Once I started having other complications- blurred vision and increased protein output in my urine thats when they finally decided to induce. At that point my bp was consistently 140/90 at labor and delivery and at home.

Consistently over 160/110 with increased protein and hypertensive headache- our goal was to get to 37w with my pre-e.
