complete placenta previa

Ladies I have a question.

I was diagnosed with complete placenta previa approximately  7 weeks ago and have bee having spotting ever since my doctor has me coming every 2 weeks and doing vaginal probe ultrasouds every other visit to see if the placenta has moved at all. If anyone else has this issue how often is your doctor checking for placenta movement?

    I don't post here often but wanted to share my story. I was diagnosed with complete placenta previa at 20 weeks, scheduled another u/s at 27wks and it had improved to marginal previa. At that point I was scheduled to see a peri at 31wks and it had completely resolved itself.  But I didn't have any bleeding at all. Hope this helps!

    I was diagnosed with Complete placenta previa at 22 weeks, and my next ultrasound to monitor for it is at 31 weeks.  I have not had any spotting.  My Dr. is not very confident that it will move... we shall see!
