I know that post was there but it didnt specify that she CANNOT have a PNP. Thats what the recommendations were and I cant fit a PNP next to my king size bed without having to crawl out off the foot of the bed, so I need a bassinet.

If this doesn't work, I think I will just get a moses basket to put in the stand. I also looked seriously at the Contours bassinet and it seemed nice, too.
Good luck

Our Pack N Play has a bassinet option with it...and it's awesome! So we have that set up in our room...and then she she doesn't need the bassinet anymore, we can remove the top part and use it as a normal pack n play.
We borrowed a bassinet from our friends when DD#1 was born, but they have had another baby, so we gave it back.
We are in the same situation where we really don't have the room for a PNP in our room, so this time I purchased the Fisher Price Rock and Play Sleeper. We set it up this weekend and it is perfect. I know some people have some concerns about a flat head, or sleeping upright, but we only kept DD#1 in our room for 7 weeks and I am not concerned about it. We also had severe reflux issues with DD#1, so I like the upright part.
I will also say that the price on Amazon was the best I could find...but it also fluctuates. I only paid $39 for mine...so you may want to watch and see if it drops again.

I have the same situation. My thoughts are that I will use the bassinet from the stroller (BJCS) and put it on a stand - like this- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001ENY02G?tag=werefinthr-20&camp=14573&creative=327641&linkCode=as1&creativeASIN=B001ENY02G&adid=1EN67JRAG1M4KW284KXR&
