Water tables/outdoor toys

Which one to you have and do you like it? I'm wanting to get DD one for her birthday.

I think I read that I should stick with either water or sand, not both. Anyone have an opinion on this?

ETA: Any additional must have outdoor toys that you recommend?

    I am thinking about getting THIS ONE for the boys this summer.  J played with it in the store and loved it!  Ditto the either/or.  I fear both = mud.

    Water only.  We also use old paint brushes and paint the table (with water).  The sand is fun, but a mess.  Especially with younger children, they get it in their eyes, etc.

    We have a water play set. Both kids love it. We also have a separate rubbermaid box I have filled with play sand. They don't get played with at the same time. I love that I can just pop the lid on the sand and store it in the garage. DS loves driving his cars in it and stuff.

    This is the one DH and I have both been talking about getting for Gracie this summer. My aunt has it at her house and Gracie played with it last summer and had a blast!
