Hello Old Shredders and New Shredders!
I am officially beginning a new shredding program tomorrow...Shred It With Weights. I fully enjoyed doing the 30DS and now that I finished I am excited to try a new program by Jillian. I wish you all the best of luck if you are doing the 30 DS and I will continue to check in and let you all know how this new program compares. As you all know by now, the 30DS really changed my body so I am hopeful to see similar results. Best of luck and stay strong!

Aww... I cannot believe you are done! Great job! I'll be really curious to hear how the new dvd is. Are all her dvds every-single-day workouts? Or do you get breaks? I might have to get that one, depending on the reviews. I was going to do the 6 pack abs next since my stomach really needs some work.
Day 28 for me. I'm not finishing on day 30 though so I have awhile left.
OP-Congrats on completing the shred and for continuing on! Did you purchase Jilian's Kettlebell? I saw it yesterday at Meijer for $80. I'm interested to hear how this DVD is for you. GL.
D7-L1 for me. I still get terrible cramps in my calf muscles during the first circuit when alternating jumping jacks and jump rope. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know what to do, but it is terribly painful.
Also, has anyone done her Boot Metabolism workout? I watched it today and am eager to hear reviews on it. It looks like something I would be interested in.
Try eating more bananas, drinking more water & stretching better. The added potassium really helps w/ cramps! At 1 point, I was eating 3/day!

D8 L1 and I can tell it is getting easier. I'm starting to keep up with Natalie (?) I can't remember who is who but she is the one on the left. I almost feel like I need heavier weights but I'm going to wait until after I start level 2 to truely decide. Tomorrow I plan to do pushups the regular way and see if I can keep up!
