  Oh my goodness, those are adorable and look delicious! 

  I would refrigerate them, since I'm assuming (by the looks) that the frosting is buttercream.

  I would put them in the fridge because most bakeries use real buttercream which includes egg whites for the frosting.  And yes the egg whites are cooked (if you are wondering) HTH
