Unless you're on a diet.

Using your brownie batter of choice (mine is boxed mix - Ghiradelli double chocolate), pour half the batter in the pan. Then lay a few Heath or Skor bars on top, then pour the rest of the batter in.

Bake as normal.

Trust me. You won't regret it.

I went through a kick where I was making brownies from scratch, and while they were great, I still think Ghiradelli are the best.

Ditto. The first time I made them I decided that brownies from scratch were overrated. They are amazing, and I'm not usually much of a brownie person.
