Ditto---I posted about this exact thing happening to me Friday night/Saturday all day. Eye-watering, nothing made me comfortable, etc. Then, by Saturday night, it had gone away.
I was actually sad it didn't turn into something...but hoping it at least meant I was dilating..or something. Didn't want that excruciating pain for nothing. Good luck!
