Wrist strap on BOB?

OK, I am sure this is a dumb Q, but...

How do I affix my the wrist strap?  Do I run it from the base bar through the brake and then to my wrist?  Or just from the base bar to my wrist?  I have the 2010 Revolution...

    You run it from the base bar to your wrist.  I don't know specific part names so I just want to confirm...the base bar is the bottom straight across bar, correct? I picked mine up fully assembled from REI and that's where mine was.

    I just bought a BOB sport utility stroller from someone in town on Craigslist and the wrist strap is also attached to the base bar as described above.

    Ours goes from the base bar, through the rectangular metal loop on the top side of the brake then up to my wrist so it catches the brake when pulled.
