When did it start getting uncomfortable for you to sleep, or is it still your preferred way to sleep? I can't stop rolling onto my stomach, and the only thing that prevents me is a body pillow.

I still fall asleep on my stomach, but if I wake up in the middle of the night and drank too much water before bed, I have to roll of my stomach. Thus, I bought a body pillow to lay on when this occurs, and it seems to work!
Still sleeping on my stomach. My sister is preg. too and said it doesn't really get uncomfortable until well into the second trimester and I'd know when to stop.

Still sleeping on my stomach, except I probably won't be for long because my boobs are KILLING ME and every time I wake up on my stomach I cry from the pain. It's really the only way I sleep well so it will be interesting to see what happens.

I used to fall asleep on my back, and I have tried to train myself not too, but it is so hard! I have been waking up a lot of my stomach.
Does anyone have suggestions for a good body pillow?
